When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, city and the details of your enquiry, along with the page it came from and the date and time of submission.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and provide technical support. Where a product must be sourced from a manufacturer, we may share the relevant product requirement with that supplier.
Storage & Security
Enquiry and order records are stored securely and accessed only by authorised Meditech IVF personnel, with access controlled by role.
